Parthi brings to the table over 20 years of work experience, predominantly in Operation / Business Finance and business partnering during which he actively got involved in leadership Development and Capability Building.
He worked for Thomson Reuters, Hewlett Packard and Intel. He worked on couple of major Global Projects for Intel with project members spanning over in Asia Pacific, Europe, North and South America.
He successfully implemented the Organization strategy to improve Organization health and attrition issues including the ambiguity due to the complexity of people, processes and systems change without disrupting the core deliverables of the Organization.
Parthi has won the highest Finance award in Intel (Intel Finance Achievement Award for his innovative project
Parthi also been awarded Top 50 Leaders in Intel.

Parthi is also passionate about writing and have authored a book – Growth Strategies for tomorrow’s Leaders.
He is also an Advanced Toastmaster Silver and Competent Leader from Toastmasters International.
